Throwing back To the glorious year of 2017, where Moma Mia was rocking big thighs and tunics all summer This picture was taken in august 17, and I dare to say that ill be rocking bigger and more defined thighs in august 2019 I pray to the higher gods of squat's, that this year is the year I for once can continue to workout and kill it without hitting a brick walk face first! Since I started working out, everytime I got to a point of being continuesly doing good, something bad happened. First year was hernia surgery pulling me back, the year after I fell down the stairs which broke my foot and injured my knee, then my thyroid turned on me and basicly shut down, oh and then I became pregnant So this must be my freaking year to rock, my thyroid is controlled, my crohns disease is controlled, I have no injuries and im currently progressing like never before, so fingers f**king crossed it will continue to go my way Just a little motivational speech for myself, sorry guys lol #progress #nevergiveup #throwback #quads

“Kilka lat temu nienawidziłam swoich ramion, nienawidziłam swojego biustu, nienawidziłam okolic brzucha, nienawidziłam swojego wielkiego, płaskiego tyłka, nienawidziłam swojej grubej talii, nienawidziłam swojego cellulitu i rozstępów (...).

One year ago A tiny human was growing inside of me, and oh my did I not expect to get so much hate thrown at me from men, who told me that it was dangerous to lift while pregnant I even received one death threat and a couple of wishes that my baby would die inside of me, because what I did to my unborn son (working out) was obviously the worst and most ego a woman could ever do In two days Norr will be 8 months old, he's perfect, healthy, growing fast and learning even faster, the delivering was done in less than 5 hours and without any complications whatsoever Unfortunately its the way of thinking in many countries in Asia, most women are treated as they were sick and told to stay in bed while carrying a baby inside, which eventually leads to huge weight gains, lots of physical complications, weakened muscles and a risk of high blood sugar and a slow to non excisisting metabolism Your health is wealth, stay active and eat healthy regardless what you are going through, there's no shortcuts when it comes to your body and soul #mondaymotivation #postpartum #healthyliving

Is it just me who feel's like a fierce water induced tomato when having my period? God I feel like s*it! You said gains, oh yes I just gained 3kg of watery cellulite and a cranky a** mood overnight, thank you so much body of mine! Lets take a look at what really happens on those fabolous days every month - The menstrual cycle is regulated by hormones. Luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone, which are produced by the pituitary gland, promote ovulation and stimulate the ovaries to produce estrogen, progesteron and tiny amounts of testosterone You hormonal release increases during your period, which is the reason why most retain so much water during their period, increased estrogen : Increased water retention. You as a woman should take advantage of these days by lifting heavy weights or increase the intensity, the more hormones available in your body, the more muscles can be gained and the quicker you can recover from your hard work, given rest and nutrition is prioritized as well Wearing @bodyengineersofficial womens Alfo Joggers and Crop top, feel free to use my code 'BEMIA' and save 15% on your purchase, this goes for mens wear as well #period #embrace #bodyengineers #bodypositive REKLAME

A little more than 7 years ago (Swipe) life was different Besides being overweight, unhealthy, having zero makeup skills, damaged skin, black hair and those eyebrows My inside was what pulled me down the most! Left my ex because he cheated and mentally abused me, I was insecure, I lacked confidence, I was depressed, alone with a 3 year old son, no job, no education in a one room rental apartement. I wasnt happy, I didnt know what to do, I didnt know where to start My first step to break free from depression, was to read, I expanded my knowledge, I started to watch motivational videos on YouTube, I started to workout 3 times a week, I removed toxic friendships, I started to focus on me, my son and what I could do, to change things for the better A healthy lifestyle became a priority, I slowly became more open towards people, got a job at the local hospital, started to study, switched job and became a personal carer, met the man of my life @runejkfit, started to become more interested in health, training and nutrition through him, despite loving my job as a personal carer, I decided to quit and study the human body, nutrition and personal training instead Fast forward to this day, one amazing son later, im a certified personal trainer, with an expanded knowledge on life, its struggles, on how to help others through their battles, ups and downs Everything is good, everything is possible, you just have to believe in yourself #healthymind #healthyliving #doyou
